I love Malouf. I've had lots of opportunities. It's stressful and chaotic at times because of its high desire for growth, but the company tries to not make that at the expense of people. People care about each other and ideas are welcome.

I love that insurance is 100% covered and the new PTO policy is fantastic.

We are respectful and find ways to have fun. We strive to do the best work we can and don't settle.

I like the variety of work I get to handle. I love my team and the people around me. I love talking to people from other teams at lunch.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They aren't afraid of going against the grain. They're personable and I feel like I can talk to any of them at any time. They care about me as a person and show that they care.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is very open and supportive of any idea, no matter where it comes from. The office space is fantastic. There's also lots of room to craft your own path if you're willing to put in the effort.
