Overall, this has been a great company to work for. There have been growing pains and painful lack of communication at times. It can be frustrating, but I still feel cared about. Malouf has always invested in their employees and makes everyone happy to be here.

Everyone on my team I would consider a friend. Everyone cares about each other.

Everyone seems to have a "make it fun, while still getting your work done" mentality.

Getting all my work done and feeling like I made a difference in the success of the company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team has done a lot of research to try and make the company as profitable as possible.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've received multiple promotions without a pay increase. They are firm believers in the "wait and see how you do in the new position" method, but really just use it as an excuse to require more responsibility but pay you the same amount.
