Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Open salary policy - This would give management the opportunity to justify and have reasons behind individuals pay. It could also help those who feel underpaid realize they are paid equally or start conversations as to why they are paid less and what is needed to increase.
