The company as a whole is great but the management running the warehouse is not impressive. There's too much favoritism and nepotism. Like the saying goes "If there is no consequence for a poor work ethic and no reward for a good work ethic, there is no motivation"
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm happy working with my co workers of the same ethics group.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have more experience and could operate multiple operating equipment but were paid less compared to youngster who have less or no experience at all.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Management should observe the employees work ethics because a lot of them keep talking at each other at a lengthy time and being tolerated while others are working hard to finish the job.
