Overall I love it, there are tough times in any work place I have found honest and good people here that I want to surround myself with. We seem to have a common goal of work really hard so we can play hard. Overall it is a fantastic company led by 2 of the best leaders anyone could ask for!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are all seemingly very friendly, and respectful. They care about the state of the company. I can tell everyone is working to save our jobs right now.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Knowing that once we get though this hopefully we can work on incorporating all of the company values equally instead of what feels like focusing on doing more with less.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone seems to get along and can work well together for the most part. I believe everyone is incredibly stressed out at for the time being and everyone for the most part seems to handle it well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A guarantee that once we make it out of this recession all of us who have worked our butts off will be compensated generously. I would like to buy a house in the next year, the only reason this is a feasible goal is because my wife also works and it means money is very tight.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting to work closely with the friends I have made, while we problem solve knowing they have my back and I have theirs. Knowing that a good work life balance is still very much encouraged. I love how much time off we have to reset and be ready to come back to work ready to hit it hard!
