In general the company is good. Great products, great foundation, good benefits. The main issue I have with the company is that I am not paid fairly compadres to similar positions within the same city. Also a pay structure is nonexistent, I have no idea what I can expect to be paid in 5 years.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Majority of people are kind and friendly.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There is a lot of gossip

Comparable positions in the Valley pay much more and provide the opportunity for employees to make additional compensation.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Compensation. Pay employees better. Instead of spending money on new buildings and sports parks that not all employees will use, pay employees better.
