I consider my coworkers actual friends, rather than just coworkers. We have a great relationship and can joke around yet still get a lot done in a day.

Our team leaders act like they genuinely care about what is going on in your personal life and want to help make your experience at work the best that it can be!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are surrounded with people that want to improve themselves and work hard. There isn't a lot of gossiping or rumor spreading, and the managers try to help everyone feel valued and cared for.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love the added benefits that we get other than just being able to work at an amazing company. I love that we get monthly hair cuts and the gym, also lunches are so amazing. the benefits we have help save us so much money.
