I have been given an opportunity to have as large an impact on the company as I am able to create. I have been allowed to be entrepreneurial and while it has been an adjustment working here it has been overall a very good experience.

I have learned some new ways to approach business here at Malouf, I have been able to learn the Malouf way and sprinkle in some of what has made me successful in the past. At Malouf you have a great chance of making what you want out of your career.

If Salary is part of the compensation package....which it is...that is the best part.

We have a good work ethic, we have strong personal relationships, we are focused on helping each other when needed and we are given the support we need.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a safe environment, you can share how you feel about most aspects of the company, our company operates with Integrity and that for me is very important

They act with integrity. I may not agree with all the processes or philosophies but I know that they are making decisions grounded in integrity and that is important to me.

I don't really have a team, I enjoys the overall Malouf team, there are things that I think can improve, but if it is a yes or no question I enjoy the Malouf team.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a very comfortable work area with a nice environment, I would prefer some more privacy in my work are and environment but if that is not allowed then the environment we have is getting better with the expansion
