Overall I do love Malouf. There have been things happen within the last year and a half that has questioned my love for the company. Things happen and change without a moments notice that can really hurt. I wish they handled big changes with more caution and realize how things can affect our lives.

The best part of my compensation package is free healthcare.

We work really well together. We're not "co-workers" we are friends.

I like when I don't have any meetings and can focus on my work at my desk.

I like that my leader cares about me as a person and wants what's best for my happiness.

Sam (the CEO) promotes fun around the office. He promotes a fun culture that everyone wants to be apart of.

I like that the leadership team cares about me as a person. They want me to be happy inside and outside of work!

The most positive thing about the culture at Malouf is that we all truly care about each other. We have fun while also getting lots of work done.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am most happy when I'm able to work from home. Since I do work in office, the thing that makes me the most happy is fun conversations with my co-workers, or hitting a giant goal.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love my team. We have so much fun together. We have tons of hilarious conversations, but I also know that my team has my back 10000% and we would all help each other at the drop of a hat.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The only benefit I use is the insurance benefit (which thank you, love that). But all the other benefits I don't need or use. I would rather have the money that goes to those benefits put in an HSA or put into my salary/paycheck.
