Great company. Because of the compassionate and charitable attributes of Sam, the CEO, I feel like we have a much higher purpose than just making money. The work we do provides a way to literally save lives through the foundation. It gives my work purpose. We know how to work hard, and have fun.

Trust. They trust me to do my job. And it shows by how they treat me.

Seeing my hard work pay off with the success of the company. I can very clearly see how my work impacts the company for better or for worse.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone has bought in to the system. They are accountable and trustworthy, and will do whatever it takes to get the job done. And they all know how to have fun along the way.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is 100% trickled down from the very top. Sam is one of the most humble, funny, smart, and compassionate dudes I know. And all of those qualities are embedded into the culture of the company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Dang. Where do I begin? Top to bottom, compensation is great. Healthcare benefits are top notch. Salary is probably on the high side of fair. Everything about this place goes above and beyond what is "normal" for a company to provide for their employees.
