The top, corporate, doesn't have it all together. There are so many times when we find ourselves doing double because information they keep from the warehouses until the last minute. This affects efficiency and productive. There are policies but they're not enforced. There is never enough equipment.

They react very well to talk life issues.

My teammates. We struggle to make things better everyday.

Dependable. Most of them are willing to work anytime of the day if needed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
First, we're not paid what or industry counterparts are paid in this area. We do a whole lot more than our industry counterparts for less pay.
