What do you like best about the leadership team?

They take the time to get to know the individual around them.

What makes you most happy at work?

The people that I work with. Knowing I am not just another number on the team.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation is not something that is taken seriously here. There is no sense of transparency as far as what you can make in your existing role. Honestly, the pay here is pretty broken compared to other companies. I would rather have less perks and more trued up pay.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

There are people here who truly care about you as a person, not just a contributor. There are people here who can become your lifelong friends or family. The people that truly care make a big impact on the culture. As we grow larger it is more difficult to keep that same culture.
