It's good overall, but I feel overworked and underpaid and like I'm not supposed to say anything about it because we have free lunches and "great company culture".

I appreciate that it's a fairly casual, low stress environment. I feel comfortable being here.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I think everybody on my team is interesting, cultured, and otherwise easy to get along with.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like I'm responsible for projects that are fundamental to the company's success, yet I'm paid drastically lower than the statewide average for my position. I think a lot of people here feel the same way.
