Everyone likes to have fun, but knows when to get serious. We care about each other and have fun while getting work done.

My direct manage cares about me and has become my friend. Those above him look out for the company and try and make sure we are successful.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company is growing and quickly and you sometimes have to hang on for all you are worth. Everyone is hungry and wants to take care of customers the best way possible.
