What makes you most happy at work?

Lunch / occasional afternoon walks with co-workers

What are some of the best things about your team?

Everyone is brilliant and goes above and beyond at their jobs.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I have more responsibilities than others with the same job title and am paid the same.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

It runs like a well-oiled machine. Everyone is brilliant and works hard to get the job done.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

There is clear favoritism between brands at Malouf. We've heard time and time again that they are working to resolve this but don't communicate what they are doing to fix it. Resources are not allocated equally. People and brands are favored more than others.
