Every company comes with it's quirks. Malouf's quirks are far more minimal than any company I've ever worked at. The term valued comes to mind. I feel that the exects and Sam truly do a great job t make us feel valued as individuals and employees. I will be here for a long long time.
What makes you most happy at work?
Feeling valued and knowing that what I'm doing is making an impact for my team and company and working with really amazing humans.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very personable. I feel like they are good at hiring the right people and letting them do their job. A great level of trust for us as employees.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a lot of fun together. Our teams chats get weird and funny. I really enjoy eating lunch with team members. Several, if not all of my teammates have become great friends.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel like we are all on the same page. I think the majority of employees at malouf are genuinely happy to be here and to be a part of the company. There is a great deal of value that I've felt as an employee here and feel very lucky to be here.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued. I don't think that's the right term. We claim to be an industry leader, yet I feel like we don't have industry leading salaries, or at least I don't feel like I do. It's hard to hear how profitable we're doing as a company and not see that reflected in a pay increase.
