I like working with my co-workers, manager, and director. Beyond that, I have no interaction. There is too much focus on "how" time is spent vs. quality of work and meeting customer needs.

What are some of the best things about your team?
They are there to help provide help when needed. They are great to work with.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Top management does not understand our products and customers. They are too focused on the bottom line and not what's best for the customers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Paid more. The amount of pressure to be more productive that is being put on me and other members of our team has caused some to discuss leaving.
