I love my job and being able to serve our customers. Manager is too busy with competing priorities and team vacancies are not being backfilled.

My experience has completely shifted to being more positive since transitioning managers.

I have surfaced issues that aren't addressed such as concern with legal compliance, retaliation, asked for a mentor, career coach didn't follow through, feedback is ignored. There is so much going on and although we're encouraged (and trained) to report and share feedback, I feel unheard.

The willingness of our teams to collaborate and work together. I enjoy the community volunteer project we do each year.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The high deductible health insurance plan is costly for a family along with having to pay the annual deductible. Paid below the average salary for this position.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Limited by manager in being able to participate in endeavors/meetings outside of my job description but that affect my job. Ideas are dismissed. Compensation seems lower than other companies with the same position. My new job role limits my potential for earning lead referral commission.
