The members of my team have been with the company for a long time, some up to 30 years. They have a passion about our overall mission.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Here, it is not about the hours you work, but the work in your hours. People are encouraged to take time off to take care of themselves and their loved ones.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For my position, I am underpaid versus the wider market by between 25-50%, depending on the source. I was given a promotion last summer and my pay was never adjusted. My end of year pay adjustment represented a less than 5% increase, which doesn't even keep pace with inflation.
