Overall, my experience has been positive thus far. My manager provides me opportunities to grow and add to my skill set along with providing guidance when issues arise. My coworkers are friendly and willing to help when they can.

I don't feel stressed out by the work or my coworkers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They listen to the concerns of employees and look to provide solutions to those concerns/problems.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I'm frustrated with the lack of bandwidth. Not enough people care to make the campaigns I work on effective.
What makes you most happy at work?
I feel that the work I do achieves company goals and improves the process for multiple teams. In other words, my efforts matter.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is friendly and willing to help each other. I believe the people that are hired fit the company culture (a good thing).
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't think my salary matches the level of work. This year's pay increase was under 3%. I would like to see salaries match the going rate for the role.
