Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

It's like being on an island. The team that worked together in the office has a good relationship, but those that have come on post covid seem to be isolated and having worked remote for over 12 years, this co is clearly still struggling to engage and support remote workers

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

It's not a top down micro-management environment

What is the best part about your compensation package?

PTO and resources like LastPass

What are some of the best things about your team?

Their helpful and available when you ask for help.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

They seem to care about the employees quality of life and are gracious with both PTO and PSSL.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Better product training. Cross training or at least and understanding of turnaround time when sending clients to other departments. Someone in Billing that actually answers/returns calls. Training on competitors and sales approaches

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

I like to be educated on the product I work with, but there isn't any consistent training. Prospecting and outreach is cumbersome with so many systems that don't talk to each other and have years of duplicitous or varied data.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Disparate systems = confusion internally & result in inconsistency & inefficiency. Execs tolerate billing dept not responding to clients for 30+ days. No ongoing training to ensure emps excel in their role. Hypercompetitive market yet large, potential clients viewed a too demanding to work with.
