They're passionate, they show vested interest in the organization, they show genuine concern for the growth of the organization
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I can't say I have an opinion about the "best part" of the compensation package. Compensation is pretty standard.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued, on the contrary, I feel valued! I feel compensation should reflect the level of responsibility we assume.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Transformation: I see change in motion and it's exciting! We're changing our mindset from a small organization to a best-in-class organization for the industries we serve.
