What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership doesn't care about how the prices of everything is so much more but our pay stays the same. We are going BACKWARDS
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone cares for one another most of the time. There are just a few that are back stabbers and will try to get others in trouble to get ahead. One girl keeps doing it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better pay, give people a chance at better positions within the company. Stop hiring outside of the company, its a slap in the face. Our benefits and pay are laughable compared to our competitors.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Very depressed that I'm stuck in my position because there is nowhere to grow. Then the positions you want to grow in you need experience. How am I supposed to get that with no help?
