Ministry Brands is still in a state of transition and I give a lot of grace regarding the low compensation and the way raises are distributed. I am hopeful that as the company completes transition, the first thing that will happen is employee compensation will match the value they are bringing.

We are well below industry standards in compensation and personal development budgets.

My compensation is currently 35% below the average pay of the exact remote career.

The team is great at making transformation work and continuing to strive for improvement of processes.

The people do genuinely care about one another. Coworkers are very respectful to one another.

I like that the leadership team is investing to make ONE product and working away from working in different organizational silos

While, we are all compensated on a low scale, each person I work with still continues to give their best and take pride in the work they are doing.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

My compensation is 40% of the average according to Glassdoor for the job I do. If raises are too be tied to how well the company is meeting their goals, then goals should be extremely transparent and should flow across the organization.
