Ministry Brands – It's been good. When I was hired, June 2020, one of the main selling points for the job was unlimited PTO. That's been taken away, but in a sneaky way. There's no official limit, but our managers were told to stop us a 4 weeks. Seems like a way to get out of paying unused PTO when you leave the job. | Comparably

What makes you most happy at work?

Remote work and work that I enjoy.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Fun to work with and very team oriented.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Good sense of humor and strong work ethic.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Annual raises did not keep up with inflation the last few years. That's making me feel more and more behind. Seems like the only way to make my financial situation for my family better is to take a second job or find a new job.
