Teamwork is first and foremost in our business unit and there is a lot of grace and understanding.

that they are making the effort to explain the decisions they're making and the actionable plans behind those decisions

We have good people here. They want to do a good job, they want to help each other out, and they want to help our customers.

Being a manager and helping those on our team develop and grow, as well as being a contributor to the overall success of our company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe in treatment and encouragement I am valued here, but my role at other companies would probably pay about 20% higher than I currently am.
