This company has been the best working environment I've had in my entire working career. The work/life balance is perfect, the atmosphere makes coming to work fun and exciting and the work itself is fulfilling. I could have never imagined being this happy in the work place.
What makes you most happy at work?
Not being micromanaged. I am able to do my job at a pace that works for me.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The inclusion and sense of community they bring to all employees. They take the time to listen to us, in our Fireside Chats, and make your voice feel heard.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We truly care about each other and are always happy to help one another with tasks or working together to have a nice pot luck to celebrate all the important things, like birthdays, welcoming someone in to the team or just to enjoy some good food together.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The unlimited PTO is amazing! It's so nice to know that I can truly enjoy a family vacation without the worry of not having enough days to take off. We usually do week long trips and knowing I'll be able to take the time is comforting and alleviates so much stress.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing would be the closeness we share. We all have a good time while working but keep it professional. Most companies like to say 'we're like a family here.' Personally, I don't like that, I have my family. This is my place of employment, & those boundaries are never crossed.
