The ability to raise issues for discussion and know they are considered honestly and fairly.

In almost seven years I've seen six CEOs. Culture is reset with each newcomer so at least we see variety.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Upper management and administrative positions have been added while workers were released. Performing divisions within the company are not fairly rewarded. Receiving a fair increase based on performance and cost of living adjustments should be made immediately to prevent key talent from leaving.
