What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Every company has shortcomings in certain areas, but I feel this company genuinely wants to improve and listen. Leadership tunes in and has adopted changes in response to employee feedback.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Highly effective communicators engaged in transformational initiatives both internally across the organization as well as externally in client offerings. They strike me as very clear-eyed and committed as far as inspiring vision and thoughtful execution.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Bonuses. In theory, unlimited PTO. Oddly, I feel guilty taking PTO because there's no defined amount. I actually take less PTO than at my previous company. But it's still a great benefit. I also appreciate the company's support of and resources highlighting mental health.
