I think that the company promises great things for its employees but it doesn't always prove to be accurate when the managers are left to their own devices

Before I was hired, I was excited to work for a company that appeared to care about it's employees and customers. But from the get go, I was lied to. I was lied to about my starting rate, thinking that they were cutting me a deal when really they start out everyone on the team with that rate

It's not bad. When I started, it was not a good experience; I thought I had made the wrong decision. But over time with company and leadership changes, I don't regret my decision anymore.

my teammates are what make me happy!

I feel like getting paid more fairly would be a better way to start the day for everyone on my team
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do feel undervalued. I wouldn't feel this way if I was paid a more competitive salary, or had competitive annual raises that aligned with cost of living.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I feel like my work is being taken advantage of, and that me and my teammates are not paid fairly. It can be improved by us receiving wages that we should have been earning to begin with.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
the daily tasks we do deserve higher pay when comparing to similar jobs online. When I hear that there is no way to get a raise or promotion outside of the annual pay raise all employees receive, it causes me to feel that I am not valued as an employee
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because I am one of the top contributors on my team and they will not offer me a promotion or any means to improve/climb up the ladder. I have been lied to by my team about our "unlimited" PTO, about why I am not being promoted, and about why me AND my team can not get fair wages
