I think this job is a good place to work but the managers make it more stress than it should be. You can allow people to work remote then micromanage like their kids. There has to be some trust there until proven not able to do job properly

I enjoy it here but the organization of this company is unattractive.

My manager reallt tries her best with all the changes and work she has

The expectations of this company aren't realistic to the amount of work that is given & quarterly bonus.

Working remote is the most positive thing because at least you have the ability to take a break when needed

I feel like I have the workload of 4 people. It would make me feel better if the company had quarterly bonuses

I am not sure I try to stay to my self I don't have much time to talk with the amount of work we have

The micromanaging and workload. It not fun to feel like you cant catch up with work because theres always something new before you even finish learning one thing
