Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

I'm left out to pasture a lot of the time. Nobody really checks in on me. I have like three bosses and I don't know which one to turn to. The person who approves my time card isn't even my boss. It's SO bizarre!!

Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

I was very happy with my proactive, teaching and engagement role on the success team. Since I was moved from there, I have not been happy and I'm not sure that anyone even cares. I can't scream it any louder. When I leave, there will be no doubt in anyone's mind why I left--I'm not appreciated.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

that it does feel like a team

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

support current products before acquiring NEW products

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Flexibility with my schedule and working around doctor apts.

What makes you most happy at work?

helping people get more out of their software--teaching them

What makes you most happy at work?

My co-workers and my customers

What do you like best about the leadership team?

all of the "town hall" meetings keep up up to date

What are some of the best things about your team?

We all work together, everyone pulls their own weight and they are SOO helpful.

What are some of the best things about your team?

The people who I work with, they really seem to care. I love my coworkers!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

An actual merit raise instead of a 2% raise that doesn't even keep up with inflation.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

trust and lack of micromanagement... I'm told what to do and I get it done without having to be babysat

What are some of the best things about your team?

Everyone is a team player... no slackers and the BEST heart of anyone that I've had the pleasure to work with

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Benefits cost a LOT and I still pay a LOT out of pocket to get them. I never reach my deductible.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Those who are hired at the "worker bee" level are very invested and helpful. The queen bees don't always have time to check on us soldiers.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

A higher contribution towards the HSA, as it seems that nothing is covered and yet they still take from our paycheck. Truly, only "well visit" exams are covered and that's only once a month.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

I was moved to a position without being asked first. I don't like the position, I've made it known. I have tried to move internally on THREE different occasions and I'm still stuck in a role that I do not like that does not play well with my skillset.
