The redeeming quality of being here is my co-workers and my manager. I've stuck around primarily because I enjoy working with them so much. Overall, the company feels aimless, disjointed, and like it doesn't provide a great experience for customers. Change takes too long.

My manager is the best part of leadership.

Using Hubspot and winning a deal.

My team. I don't know anyone outside my team.

It's pretty subpar overall. Unlimited PTO has pluses and drawbacks but overall has been good.

My manager has done an incredible job of fostering a team environment for us. We all work together and respect one another.
