I have been a part of Ministry Brands for 6 years and have seen multiple versions of leadership/vision/mission come and go. This current team is the sharpest to date but I am concerned that expectations from our investors may be too aggressive, drive too hard, and push more people out.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
We work hard, we play hard. Goals are clearly communicated, although not always realistic. Setting realistic goals based on data and current market conditions, not just shareholder desires, would be a very welcome change.

I genuinely enjoy the people I work with and have a lot of fun interacting with them all.

Our leadership team is incredibly hard-working, intelligent, and always trying to improve themselves as well as the company culture.

The people I work with are easily my favorite part of working here. Great comradery, deep relationships...they make the job fun!
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We have segments of the company where the compensation and staffing does not meet industry standards. We are understaffed and underpaid for the sake of higher profit margins.
