My experience has been mostly positive. I again wish that benefits (medical benefits mostly) were a little less expensive- but benefits are decent. I like my team- and have gotten to know those people that I work with consistently and we work well together
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I have enjoyed working at this company. It has been refreshing compared to the stress of my previous job. I actually enjoy waking up and doing my job. I am able to balance work and life much better. I love the flexibility with sick and vacation time that we get.
What makes you most happy at work?
my team- also being able to help customers set up the services that they need by getting them approved to onboard
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate that they tried to get company feedback last year before making decisions. I hope they used it to implement changes.
What are some of the best things about your team?
my team is very close- and we aren't afraid to collaborate and get together to work things out and figure out problems
What makes you most happy at work?
I love being able to help churches and non-profits set up the software that they need to push their organizations forward. I also like being able to catch fraud BEFORE anyone is impacted.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate being able to give feedback through surveys on important things- like our benefits and that they actually USED the feedback last year to change some of our benefits and how they impacted us
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I appreciate that our HR team is always looking at ways to get the best benefits for us. The changes to the deductibles in the high deductible plan will help my family this year. I even ended up saving $20/mon!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love the people in the Knoxville office. I wasn't sure what going back to the office with a hybrid schedule would look like but all of my coworkers are pleasant and friendly and when there are potlucks, everyone participates!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think that the work the executive team has done to bring everyone on the same page with our transitions has been very positive. I hope they will continue to have us cross collaborate so we get to know other departments
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love that my team has meetings through TEAMS where we actually get to talk and get to know each other since most of us are not in the same state. I also love that my team shares on TEAMS when our manager posts a question. I feel like I know my team despite living so far away
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I believe that I started out at a fair compensation although I wish we had been able to get more of a raise- although they did keep family medical insurance the same price instead of raising it- so that helped me out. I do wish there was a way to pay less - medical takes a huge part of my check
