Partnering with churches to create a clear and engaging visual identity. Helping them to better understand and attend to their communities both physical and digital.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Based on over 20 years of ministry and technology experience, coupled with my work ethic, the cost of living in my area of the country, rising inflation, and current industry standards, my position should be compensated at least 10-13% more than what is currently paid.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Communication around pay bands and the work portal process has sometimes been very vague; it seems intentional. It will be helpful and a trustworthy practice to speak to retention challenges and compensation opportunities with associates, especially if there is a desire for goals to be created & met
