From the time I've started at MB it's been mostly promises that never came to fruition. I've asked for raises, for career development paths and every time it was a promise with no action. I love this place and the people I work with, I want to grow but I feel that isn't reciprocated back.

There's been a lot of ups and down to be honest. Over the years I've gotten used to being let down. The main thing with MB is promises promises promises with no actual delivery. Hoping this changes.

I like the transparency from my direct boss.

i enjoy solving issues and seeing new features released

They are fun and caring people who will always have your back.

Everyone is helpful, never feel like I'm bothering anyone when reaching out for help.

Everyone is awesome and willing to jump in to tackle issues despite the current conditions. We are all staying as positive as possible.

We just try to keep negativity out of everything and focus on our goals and what will make us and our clients happy.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We are understaffed and overworked with no compensation increase. It would be helpful it we had more incentive to do the growing workload day by day.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We constantly take on more and more work with no pay increase. We also do highly technical work that we are not compensated for. It's very disheartening.

We deserve more pay for what we do. it's hard to go into detail in anonymous surveys like this, but the bottom line is everyone has a different level of job and some aren't being paid correctly for what they do and I feel this way.
