Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

Change has been hard, and the disconnect between Executive Leadership and client facing teams has shifted company culture from partnering with churches and valuing client feedback to finding any opportunity to increase revenue while cutting staff and product excellence.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Major communication and process gaps resulting in rushed work and half baked results/releases.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Improve internal processes, provide clear professional growth path, compensate employees to match industry average salaries

What are some of the best things about your team?

Everyone on my team works very, very hard. I'm grateful to work with dedicated employees who consistently go above and beyond their job description.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The reorg moved many employees to positions they are disappointed with, and readjusting internal processes has been painful. With the financial strain on the company, our focus has shifted from client satisfaction to profit increase, and cost reduction at the expense of our client experience.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The company is currently significantly understaffed so existing employees are doing the job of 2-3 employees in many cases. With a second hiring freeze in 6 mo, it doesn't appear that we'll see relief anytime soon. I have met with my managers, and HR to request adequate compensation with no f/u.
