Ministry Brands – I do feel terrible for some of the selections I made in this survey, but things just have not been good. The decisions made just don't make sense, I don't feel valued as an employee, I don't feel secure in my job and I see no hope of change. Sadly, the only perk is that I get to work from home. | Comparably

What are some of the best things about your team?

Everyone is always willing to help.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I have a great direct leader.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Thinking of the little people. Keeping people informed of decisions that directly affect their job.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Getting answers/solutions/input from other departments is troublesome. It seems customer service is not always a priority.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

I believe there is a lack of knowledge across the team. I think they'd all be able to work faster and more efficiently with more understanding of the software and had better communication.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Since the company re-org, I have been floating between teams and managers. The work I'm doing and some tasks being asked of me are more of a lead position, but I'm not a lead.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

I believe that Ministry Brands makes decisions without thinking about what's best for the customer. It's hard to talk to customers about the same thing day after day because the systems are so hard to use or not working properly.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They say they are all about work/life balance, but then make decisions with no rhyme or reason. Promises keep being made with NO changes. Leadership can't give you the time of day since they all seem to be so extremely busy all day, every day. It takes weeks to get anything done.
