Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

There have been highs and lows, and a ton of inconsistencies. I would like the company to decided on a goal and show more transparency.

Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

It has good days, and it has bad days. A lot of these questions I feel neutrally on, but that's not an option. I am grateful for the opportunities I have gotten, but that did not come without hard work and a ton of patience. I would like to see an improvement on associate benefits and salaries.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

We have improved workplace cultural by doing more lunches/ team gatherings

What are some of the best things about your team?

When they are treated right and feel valued, they work with you and the company, not against.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I work with some really great people, but they are held back on a regular basis with what they can accomplish.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

My commute to work is long and having to drive everyday when others work from home makes showing up more challenging.

What are some of the best things about your team?

They have insane drive towards completing goals and share similar work place values. The more change we have gone through as a group, the stronger the team has become

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel as though I am often taken advantage of due to being flexible and willing to take on change and training and have yet to receive true promotional pay.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Obtain better and more equal salaries for staff, clearer goals and job descriptions. I feel like we have relayed this to leaders before and this information falls on deaf ears.

What are some of the best things about your team?

They truly have a common goal in mind and that is customer satisfaction. We have been together for many years and undergone several org changes and they still come in, work hard, and truly keep this a team enviorment.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

There is a constant disconnect and lack of transparency when it comes to changes and opportunities. It is perceived that ways to move up are based on who you know, not how hard you work. The salaries need a serious improvement.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The tenure on my team helps making the work day tolerable. We have been through the good, the bad and the ugly and continue to work through the constant changes and everyone's positive attitude. The luncheons and spirit weeks are also fun.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Taking action. Stop having meetings to discuss topics and just do them. If people complain about specific topics (salaries, insurance, movement, etc.) dont waste a ton of time on meetings to identify the issue, the survey's do that. Work on solutions.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Improvement in compensation and benefits. It is evidently clear unspoken benefits like work from home are allowed for some but not all. Also after a comp study conducted in 2022 brought attention to salary differences, changes have still not been made to make position salaries the same.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Its continuously exhausting to work with an entire company that is remote/ hybrid when you are required to commute to the office every single day. The price of gas and wear on the cars is expensive and that's a savings the majority get to have as a perk.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The cost of living is moving faster than the company can keep up paying their staff. The last survey showed the average salary is double my salary, which tells me salaries are too far spread and not evenly distributed. I would feel better knowing there is work being done to balance the scales.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

I have a 2 hour round trip commute to the office, but constantly see others have hybrid or work from home schedules. Gas is expensive and my commute to the office takes away time my day. Having a hybrid schedule would allow us more time to focus on a work place balance

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Very little has changed since the last time we filled out these surveys. Having us do this on a quarterly basis is not helpful if change is never made. It has gotten to the point we sound like broken records asking for hybrid, better pay and better benefits. Surveys aren't the answer, action is.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I have already began speaking with my upper management team along with HR and my tenure and outstanding reviews year after year seem to only play a small factor in my salary. I am told verbally i am valuable, however the pay needs to match. Also I am aware of others in my roll make more than me.
