What are some of the best things about your team?

The team collaboration is the best part of Ministry Brands. Everyone is extremely intelligent, talented, and always willing to help.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The leadership team seems to be excited and energized about the future of the company. While the focus on growth is important, there desperately needs to be a focus on current staffing and product deficits.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The culture within the individual teams is healthy and encouraging. While everyone is currently willing to lend a helping hand, it seems that there has recently been more of a push towards work transfer, leaving certain tasks with no ownership.
