I LOVE my job! But it does seem that since we were purchased by an investment firm we are consistently "putting the cart before the horse". There are too many changes happening all at one time. This makes the work environment stressful and makes retaining all the new information much more difficult.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I love working w/ my team, but MB needs to really self reflect. The amount of pressure on their employees to appease shareholders when the focus should be on customers. The demands from too much change do not give managers time to actually focus on daily customer support needs! No customers = No MB!

Our team is hardworking! We always go above and beyond in everything we're doing...most of the time this includes job duties that are not in our job description.

Leadership Team seems to be accepting of change if deemed necessary which in my opinion is hard to come by many times. They are willing to put in the work to make the necessary changes to make MB better as a whole.
What are some of the best things about your team?
our team "Works smarter", we know that efficiency gets the job done and we make sure each and every task at hand is done efficiently! We are eager to find solutions and work together for the best outcome of the company as a whole.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with a team who truly cares about MB as a whole and most importantly our customers. They all put so much effort in each and every day! This is a true testament to the employees at MB because there is TOO MUCH on everyone's daily plates right now.
