Overall, I have had a good experience. Initially, my role as a consultant was great, but then became very stressful and overwhelming (along with stress in home life) and I was not able to perform at my best. Finally, I was able to move to another role and now I love my job again!

I only work part-time, so I do not get benefits.

The people!!! Friends I have made. Supportive management. Smart and Talented People.

Christian values and "real", down-to-earth people who are great mentors and supportive. Make it a great work environment.

My team works hard to achieve our goals. We work very well together and help each other out.

I appreciate the Christian focus and the fact that we are helping churches and organizations in their mission. I love the folks I work with!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They work hard! They are personable (real people). They definitely care about you and your stress levels. I have very high respect for Jack Siegman. He is carrying an incredible load and he always does an awesome job!!!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I respect my direct management team. They are personable, "down to earth", "real" people who are very invested in the success of our business, willing to listen to my concerns, and willing to assist me in what I need to do my job.
What makes you most happy at work?
1)Being able to get my work done smoothly without having to chase down questions or missing/confusing information. 2) The ability to write documentation on processes, so others can pick up if needed. 3) Getting to know and work together with my like-minded co-workers via zoom, even if remote.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I LOVE my team!!! We work hard, but have a good time together. Everyone gets along very well. Our meetings are filled with business but we exchange humor, which keeps everyone at ease and comfortable. Our leaders are great leaders and yet "real people" (fair yet caring and understanding)
