My experience has been a mix of good and bad. I am thankful to have a set schedule and the ability to request off if needed. However, the management style for SS Verifications is confusing and inconsistent. I want to do a good job, but it is difficult when the rules are unclear and every-changing.

What are some of the best things about your team?
I enjoy my coworkers' do-it attitude and kindness. It is obvious we all truly care about each other and still maintain professinalism.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The group activities create a positive culture. We connect with each other and work together to do something kind for each other.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like Amanda and the changes she has made to our department to increase productivity and efficiency. Her direction is clear and just makes sense!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our department is a lowest paid department in the company, yet we are the largest contributor to the overall profit of Ministry Brands. Additionally, the turnover rate is extremely high, especially for the field we are in. I believe the pay rate is a significant factor in that equation.
