Its been a challenge since MB purchased the company I worked for previously. The culture of that company has been slowed stripped away and what is left is not close to what is was before. I think its due to working in a remote environment.

The focus seems to be more about the company focused and not on the employee.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I know it's hard in a remote world but the lack of visibility is something that needs to be addressed.
