Honestly it used to be so much better. It feels like leadership just keeps taking away benefits and comforts of life that in no way would affect their profits.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Hiring more and giving themselves less

What are some of the best things about your team?

The comradery and openness to help when it's hard.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Working from home but still in touch over internet.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Years of service with less than cost of living raises.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

All teams are understaffed and working through very large backlogs. Also suggested improvements to the products are never implemented unless one puts it in for a luminary client. The many smaller customers suffer, and they are the ones giving bad ratings.
