The quarterly bonus incentives! I can't tell you how many times that bonus helped me out of tough circumstances.

I love the implementation of the culture club and all of the fun ideas they come up with to make our office a great work environment.

I know that I produce quality work that is appreciated by my superiors. Also, I know what a very important impact we have on so many people.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
This is a fast paced work environment, but it doesn't feel overbearing. We are compensated and taken great care of, so we want to work hard and help our company succeed.
