wish we can work from home more. wish the unlimited time off did not go away. some people are told they cant take off due to being in the "red" but others who are in the red are still missing a day a week and no repercussions at all to them and it keeps happening. its not fair.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
i feel like it would be nice to allow more people to get to work from home. or at least give everyone the opportunity to work split remote/office.
