What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The level of care the members of staff have for one another and our clients. Heck Even our clients often feel like they are extensions of our "work family" at times, which causes them to happily remain invested in our services and mission(s) as a company.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Annual merit increases of 2% or lower when you are already paid well below the median for your position within the industry, received a 4-5 star glowing review, and are routinely working over 50+ hours in an understaffed environment just to keep the company afloat makes me feel undervalued.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Our leaders appear to be trying their best to improve one of the greatest weaknesses our company has faced: Poor Communication. Within the last year leadership has reached down in numerous ways with a listening ear, intent on hearing the hard truths and gleaning wisdom and insight from all parties.

What makes you most happy at work?

When I can make someone's day. That individual can be a client or a fellow member of our staff. I am not fulfilled by my paycheck (though, it DOES make life easier!). Rather, I don't want to go through this life without making a positive difference in the lives of those around me.

What are some of the best things about your team?

My team is the primary reason I look forward to what I do day-to-day. Each one of them exudes care and compassion for those around them FAR beyond what they extend unto themselves. To them, this isn't just a business, but a mission to really show the world what being a "Christian" business really is
