I feel that we are under staffed, wages are not aligned with market values, and our benefits are substandard. I like the work we do, but leaders always seem to want more done in less time at a higher quality with fewer resources.

I have not had a meaningful raise in multiple years. My income is not even keeping of with the cost of living changes.
